She has had proven success in strategic advisory roles, managing high-profile projects, organizing impactful events, and fostering partnerships with governments, donors, and influencers.
Faith is adept at translating complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives. In addition to local languages spoken in Zimbabwe and South Africa, Dube speaks multiple international languages including French and Portuguese. She is global citizen with professional experience in the corporate, NGO, UN and public sectors in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Faith Dube’s lived experiences, diverse professional network and unique skillset bring substantive value addition to her role DCHOP.

Ndlovu’s career has been marked by a passion for learning and growth. He began as a primary and high school teacher, later transitioning into human resources management, where he worked with several blue-chip companies in Zimbabwe. He then moved to South Africa, where his experience included working with NGOs such as Dramatic Need, Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator, and Drama for Life—the Applied Drama Division of Wits University.
After 13 years in South Africa, Ndlovu returned to Zimbabwe to serve as Human Capital Director for a property development company before founding Happiness & Productivity Co., which he currently leads.
